Access To CareWe intend to make our clients’ experience as smooth and convenient as possible and as such our Customer Care Department is dedicated to assisting patients and their families through offering a variety of services. The information below will guide you through your visit.
The first point of contact any patient makes on his first visit to our facility is the patient registration desk. Each patient is asked to fill in a form capturing his/her demographic details (name, age, nationality etc.). Once the form is filled a medical file is opened for the patient and a unique medical file number is generated which will be used every time the patient visits CURE. For patients with health insurance cards they will be asked to present it, where a scanned copy is taken and saved. The health insurance card will be handed back to the patient after the completion of their visit. Patient registrations desks are present on the ground, first and second floors. Patients need to register at the desk respective of the physician they are visiting.
At CURE we have a Patient Relations Liaison who is dedicated to insuring the smooth flow of operations for each of our patients. In the event of a problem arising with a patient or if there are particular queries that cannot be addressed by registration desk staff the Patient Relations Liaison is asked to assist.
What to Bring
Every patient is requested to bring his/her health insurance card EVERY TIME they are scheduled for an appointment at CURE.
For non-insured patients we accept cash, credit cards and checks.
