The first “Annual Abu Dhabi Cardiology Forum” in collaboration with “Emirates Cardiac Society” was held on Friday 26 October at Sheraton Corniche Abu Dhabi. Dr. Elie Zoghbi and Dr. Rami Harb were part of the organizing committee and were both speakers and chairpersons of the scientific sessions. Dr. Rami presented an interesting case in “Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy (HOCM)” and Dr. Elie presented a stimulating case of “Metallic Mitral Valve Complication during Pregnancy and Mechanical Heart Valves Approach and Anti-coagulation in Pregnancy”. The event was first of its kind in Abu Dhabi and was very successful.
