Dr. Miziana Mokbel is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 11 years of experience with a
wide practice across major private and public hospitals in Lebanon and United Arab Emirates. Dr. Mokbel
received a BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences with distinction before receiving her MD degree from the
University of Balamand (Lebanon). She specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the same university
before pursuing her subspecialty in Gynecologic Oncology focusing mostly on Breast Oncologic and
Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Mokbel has an interuniversity diploma (DIU) with a European certification in Operative endoscopy in
Gynecology from the University of Clermont Ferrand (France). She also has an Interuniversity Diploma
(DIU) in Gynecology and Breast Oncology from the University of Paris Descartes (France) and an
Interuniversity Diploma (DIU) in Breast Surgical Techniques: Oncologic and Reconstructive techniques
from Gustave Roussy (France). She also received a Diploma in Cosmetic Gynecology from the American
Association.
Dr. Mokbel has also an academic experience, she is a speaker in a number of international conferences
and she is also an instructor in a number of universities across Lebanon and is the author of a number of
book chapters and articles published in reputable international journals focusing mostly on the application
of Sentinel Lymph node in gynecologic malignancies.
Apart from her medical practice, Dr. Mokbel holds a BA degree in Political and Administrative Sciences
from the Lebanese University.
Dr. Mokbel is a highly devoted physician, with extensive medical and surgical knowledge in Obstetrics and
Gynecology, cosmetic gynecology and breast oncologic surgery and is known for her commitment to
delivering a remarkable quality of care.
